Exhausted to Empowered Formula - 3 Month 1:1 Program
Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. In the Exhausted to Empowered Formula, we will focus on your Mindset, Time Planning, and Self Care. You will learn and implement the steps necessary to let go of the guilt, manage your days to have some breathing room, and know the options available to you every day - throughout your day - to practice self-care and give your best self to yourself, your family, your colleagues, and your friends—not what’s left. This will include weekly 1-1, live video sessions, support between sessions, actionable growth and reinforcing activities to continue your personal plan and growth, and a comprehensive self-care blueprint.

In the 3 month program, you will begin to learn the strategies to help you give your best self to yourself, your family, your colleagues, and your friends—not what’s left. This will include 12 weekly 1-1, hour-long zoom sessions, email support between sessions, supportive workbook materials to continue your personal plan and growth, and a personal comprehensive self-care blueprint.
