Healing From the Soul Up with Renee Hagar-Smith

In this episode, I chat with Renee who is a Mindfulness-Based Wellness Coach.

In 2021 Renee lost her husband to suicide. She shares her personal journey to wellness and how that supported her in recovering from the loss of her husband. Along with what self-love and self-compassion really are and a couple of practices you can use.

Renee called on every tool & technique she had gained from over 10 years of yoga training, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certification, Reiki certification, workshops, retreats, classes, and tons of real-life experience of healing through self-care, to survive. 

Overcoming it all taught her that she can still live a JOYFUL, HEALTHY, AND BALANCED LIFE. Now, she helps folks who are headed into burned out, are stressed-out and/or overwhelmed with their lives – with their jobs, parenting, and life responsibilities -- to find practical and mindful ways to practice self-care, self-love, and self-compassion and reconnect to their inner self, so they can learn to thrive, as well.
